Backlog and shipment management to ensure meeting OTD and shipment revenue plan
Key Responsibilities
Backlog and shipment management to ensure meeting OTD and shipment revenue plan, liaise with PG Planning on backlog schedule base on material availability.
Support manufacturing to meet all test out plan and KPI goals
Hands on exposure to production planning shop floor operations and manufacturing workflow
Support OSAT Testing, MO and Marking issuance and liaise with OSAT planners on Backlog shipment fulfilment.
Test WIP management - track all the Test WIP closely and work with PG planning, production and engineering for disposition. Require some capacity knowledge for better WIP management
Participate problem-solving, root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
