What you will do

Promote key products of the company by detailing the features, advantages, benefits & unique selling points of company’s products
Deliver sales targets and distribution objectives for assigned portfolio/channel
Work closely with hospital stakeholders to list products into hospitals
Report on sales and business performance for aligned portfolio/channel which includes providing updates on competitor activity
Execute clear and effective call reports, and meet business KPIs as will be defined from time to time
Actively build and maintain current and potential customer relationships
Act as the first point of contact for aligned customers
Provide feedback to managers regarding customers, markets and product performance/issues
Actively participate in all business meetings and operating mechanisms
Achieve and maintain good merchandising standards in assigned retail outlets
Ensure compliance with approved pharmaceutical practices and maintaining company’s standards of performance
Additional role as and when required and not limitation to the above.
