We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Assistant to support our accounting department. The ideal candidate will handle data entry, accounts payable, accounts receivable, Inventory & general ledger and provide support to the Accounting team. Join a stable growing company for a career.

  • Perform day-to day bookkeeping task such as data entry, invoicing, accounts , bank reconciliations, maintaining ledgers, petty cash reimbursement
  • Organize and manage accounting documents, including invoices, receipts and payment & collection reports for shops
  • Assist in preparation of financial reports, ensuring data is up-to-date and properly recorded.
  • Support in day-to-day accounting operations and with any assigned task
  • Assist with account reconciliations ,including banks & shops
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the senior accounting team including assisting in financial audits and other projects
  • Maintain proper filing systems for accounting record to ensure easy retrieval and reference
  • Assist in month-end closing processes, including posting journal entries, monthly stock report & closing

Requirement

  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting role is preferred
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Proficient in accounting software SAP and Microsoft Office(Excel & Word)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skill
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions
  • Good communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
