Full Job Description
1. The Lorry Driver is responsible for the safe and timely transportation of goods using a lorry.
2. The role requires compliance with Malaysian traffic laws, vehicle maintenance, and customer satisfaction during deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Driving & Transportation: Safely operate the lorry, ensuring timely deliveries while adhering to road safety and traffic regulations.
2. Vehicle Maintenance: Perform daily checks, report issues, and keep the vehicle clean and in good working condition.
3. Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork, including delivery logs and mileage records.
4. Safety & Compliance: Follow safety guidelines, company policies, and ensure compliance with relevant Malaysian laws (Road Transport Act, Occupational Safety, SPAD regulations).
Qualifications:
-Education: Minimum of SPM or equivalent.
-Experience: 1-2 years of lorry driving experience and familiar with Klang Valley areas.
-Skills: Knowledge of road safety and traffic regulations with good customer service skills.
-Licenses/Certificates: Must possess valid GDL License and JPJ certification.
-Ability to drive a 1-3 ton lorry
-Age between 25 - 40 years
-Healthy with excellent eyesight, capable of long periods of -driving and lifting heavy goods.
-Clean track record
-Good working attitude
-Can start working immediately
