We are seeking an experienced Account & Admin Assistant to join our team, a leading industrial development and construction company based in Kuala Lumpur. This full-time role will see you providing key accounting and administrative support to the wider business.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Certificate/Diploma in Accounting or a related field
  • At least 2 years experience in an accounts or administrative role
  • Strong numeracy and data entry skills
  • Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintaining accurate financial records and accounts
  • Processing invoices, receipts and payments
  • Preparing financial statements and reports
  • Performing bank reconciliations
  • Providing administrative support to the wider team
  • Assisting with general office duties as required
