Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms.
  • Process online orders and handle customer inquiries.
  • Monitor inventory and coordinate stock updates.
  • Assist with digital marketing and promotional campaigns.
  • Support the planning and execution of exhibitions, roadshows, and company events.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Prepare reports and maintain records related to sales and events.
  • Provide administrative and on-site event support as required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and online platforms.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Experience in e-commerce or event coordination is an advantage.
