JOB DESCRIPTION:
* Prepare shell drawing once received Architect and Structure drawings from Client.
* Liaise with the client about shell drawing before proceeding with Aluminium Formwork.
* Attend site meetings, Consultant meetings if requested and report regularly the progress to HOD.
* Communicating with architects and engineers, and incorporating knowledge gained into drawings.
* Identifying and communicating potential design errors to the rest of the team.
* Preparing, reviewing and redrafting alongside the engineering team.
* Preparing Setting Out Drawings and Material List to Client.
REQUIREMENT:
* Possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Architecture or Structural Engineering.
* Minimum 2 Years of working experience in Architectural and Structural drawings.
* Proficiency in software (AutoCad, Revit, etc) are added advantage.
* Ability to work well in a team and independently.
* Ability for communication with difference parties.
* Good Attendance and responsibilities in duty.
* Willing to learn, hardworking, self-disciplined, and able to complete task within the timeline given.
* Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
