We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Sourcing Executive to support our Mass Hiring Project. If you enjoy engaging with people and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates for high-volume roles (e.g. couriers)
- Contact candidates via calls, WhatsApp and job platforms
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate onboarding
- Support daily hiring targets and recruitment activities
- Participate in employer branding activities, including TikTok Live sessions
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in any field
- Strong communication skills and confident in speaking
- Comfortable handling high-volume recruitment
- Willing to appear on TikTok Live for hiring activities
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
