What you'll be doing

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
  • Administer payroll, benefits, and leave management processes
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations
  • Oversee general office administration tasks, such as filing, document management, and procurement of supplies
  • Provide administrative support to the management team as needed
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive, engaged, and productive work environment

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar HR or administrative role
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented approach to work
  • Passion for contributing to the growth and development of the organisation
