Our team is looking for a talented, motivated, and high-performing Senior Sales Engineer / Sales Manager to join our team. He/She is responsible for prospecting for new business, upselling, and cross-selling within our extensive install base, as well as delivering results against a quota. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, interpersonal, and organizational skills. They should be comfortable with multitasking and be able to budget their resources in order to meet the assigned quotas for their role.
Develop and implement sales strategies in Malaysia
Meet with customers to understand their requirements and propose tailored solutions
Prepare and deliver proposals including pricing, shipment timelines, and product details
Manage and grow key accounts while developing new customers to drive sales revenue
Collaborate with channel partners and internal technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Track sales activities, forecast revenue, and report performance to SEA Sales Team Lead
Serve as the main point of contact for customer issues, coordinating with support teams as needed
