Responsible for establishing and developing the Quality Management Department, including setting up quality control procedures, inspection standards, document management systems, and coordinating team management.
Coordinate daily Quality Control (QC) inspection activities, including incoming inspection, in-process inspection, and final inspection.
Ensure all inspections are carried out in accordance with company quality standards, procedures, and technical specifications.
Monitor product quality and identify and control defects in a timely manner.
Investigate quality issues and non-conformances.
Work closely with production, engineering, and other related departments to analyze and identify root causes of issues.
Implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence of issues.
Ensure proper recording and filing of inspection results, test records, and quality reports.
Maintain quality-related documents and records in accordance with company procedures and audit requirements.
Prepare and report quality performance data to management on a regular basis.
Continuously identify and drive opportunities for quality process improvement.
Assist in implementing new quality standards and process systems.
Ensure the effective implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) and related processes.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or related fields.
Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in Quality Control within the manufacturing industry.
Familiar with quality control procedures and inspection methods.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficient in MS Office and quality documentation preparation and management.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality.
Good communication skills, with the ability to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers and business partners.
