Job Responsibilities:
Assist in daily HR and administrative operations.
Support recruitment activities including job posting, interview arrangement, and onboarding process.
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
Assist in payroll preparation and ensure employee information is accurate.
Coordinate staff confirmation, resignation, renewal, and other HR-related processes.
Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Assist in organizing staff training, engagement activities, and company events.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Prepare HR reports and other administrative documentation when required.
Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of HR or administrative experience is preferred.
Fresh graduates and male candidates are encouraged to apply
Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
Basic knowledge of Malaysia Employment Act and HR practices is an added advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsible, organized, and able to handle confidential information professionally.
Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
