  • Prepare employment letters, register new hires for medical insurance, and update internal HR systems. Maintain accurate employee records and personal files (P-files).
  • Support background checks and visa applications for new hires.
  • Handle HR-related billing and reporting across Asia countries.
  • Manage HR operations across Asia region (including probation tracking, contract renewals, job changes, terminations and more)
  • Work closely with the business leaders as a strategic partner on HR matters.
  • First point of contact for employees & managers to provide support for individual needs on HR processes.
  • Prepare monthly payroll instruction file with supporting documents as per local legislations.
  • Take initiatives to improve overall effectiveness of HR processes.
