Degree/ Diploma in Accounting, with professional qualifications from any recognised bodies such as CPA, CIMA, MIA or ACCA, preference will be given to candidates with 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience.
Good knowledge of Company Tax, SST, E-invoice and Finance.
Able to handle full set of accounts and ensure timely closure of monthly accounts.
Proficient in English, able to write and communicate effectively. Knowledge of Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu will be an added advantage.
Good in interpersonal and problem-solving, attention to details, alert and well-organised. Able to work independently under minimum supervision.
Matured, self-motivated and able to meet tight work schedules and deadlines.
Proficient in MS office and other relevant software.
Job Responsibilities
Handle full set of accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations.
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Monitor and manage cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning activities.
Prepare and submit statutory filings, including Company Tax, SST, and E-invoicing, in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and regulatory authorities when required.
Maintain proper accounting records and ensure all financial transactions are properly documented.
Assist in the preparation of management reports and provide financial analysis to support decision-making.
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.
Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations and resolve any accounting-related issues.
Continuously improve accounting processes and systems for better efficiency and accuracy.
