Decent Culture, Can Be A Bit Slow
Jabil's culture is okay, but it definitely feels like a huge corporate machine. Teams are generally good, but the overall management structure can be a drag for getting things done.

The company culture feels very hierarchical, which really slows things down. It's a big corporate environment, so innovation is tough, and getting approvals for changes in electronics manufacturing takes forever.
Try to empower teams more and streamline decision-making. Less bureaucracy would really boost morale and innovation within electronics manufacturing. It's tough working in such a rigid system.
