Stable place, culture needs a refresh.
Working here as a Design Engineer was a solid experience overall. It's a stable corporate environment if you're looking for that, especially in the power semiconductors industry. The work itself is challenging and the products are important. The company culture, however, felt a bit stuck in the past.
It's a really stable company, which is great for job security. My colleagues in the chip design teams were super smart and supportive. You learn a lot about high-voltage integrated circuits and power conversion here, which is invaluable for any hardware engineer.
The company culture can feel pretty old-school. There's not much emphasis on modern team-building or innovative work styles. It's tough to get new ideas through sometimes, and things move really slowly in this corporate setup.
Please try to foster a more modern and collaborative environment. Encourage new approaches, especially for our core power conversion products. Investing in updated leadership training could really help energize the teams.
