Decent Culture, Some Room to Grow

GFT Technologies has a pretty okay company culture. It's not bad, but it's not amazing either. You'll find good colleagues, but the overall vibe can be a bit formal. It feels like a big corporate consulting firm.


Pros

Working here, you get to collaborate with some smart people. There's a solid team vibe, especially if you're working on projects within financial services tech. They really push for innovation, which is cool for a Software Engineer looking to learn new stuff.


Cons

The company culture can feel a bit corporate at times. Sometimes it's hard to get your voice heard if you're not in leadership. The hybrid model means some days feel disconnected.
