Decent Start, but Growth is a Bit Slow
I worked here as a Product Development Engineer in the Denver office. It's a solid place to learn the ropes in the medical device industry, but don't expect rapid promotions. Career growth can feel pretty slow sometimes.
You get good exposure to hearing implant technology and rigorous product development processes. It's a stable corporate environment, which is nice for job security. My team was super supportive for learning new skills.
There's not much room for quick advancement as a Product Development Engineer. You often have to wait for someone to leave for an opening. The career path isn't very clear, and internal mobility for medical device roles feels limited.
Management should create clearer pathways for internal promotions and invest more in professional development programs for current employees. Make it easier for us to see where we can go next.
