Decent Flexibility for Field Roles, But Some Hurdles

Working here as a Clinical Specialist in the Memphis area has its ups and downs, especially with flexibility. It's a solid company in the medical device industry, but there's room for improvement in how they support field staff and true work-life balance.


Pros

As a Clinical Specialist, I've got a lot of autonomy. The hybrid work model really helps with my schedule. It's great being able to manage my own time in the medical device industry.


Cons

Sometimes, management expects you to be available 24/7. It's tough to truly disconnect when you're supporting cases. For field-based roles, the boundaries can get blurry.


Advice to Management
