Our story is closely linked with the transformation of Negeri Sembilan into a vibrant state. In the early nineties, we were in our earlier iteration as solely a construction company, named Bukit Maju Development Berhad (BMD). When the integrated township of Putra Nilai (formerly Bandar Baru Nilai) in Negeri Sembilan was developed by BBN Development Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of public-listed Nilai Resources Group Bhd (formerly PK Resources Group Bhd), they entrusted us with the responsibility of becoming the main construction contractor for the 6,233-acre development. We undertook the project with great fervour, and as much as we gave, we received back in the form of experience and confidence. Leveraging that, the BMD Group established Seri Pajam Development Sdn Bhd on 3 March 1994, and thus began our journey to becoming a full-fledged property developer.
