Job Responsibilities
- Handle daily administrative operations to ensure smooth office and factory support functions.
- Coordinate with local and overseas suppliers, including suppliers from China, regarding procurement and documentation matters.
- Prepare purchase orders, follow up on deliveries, and maintain procurement records.
- Assist in logistics coordination, shipment arrangements, and inventory record management.
- Perform data entry, filing, document control, and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Assist in stock monitoring, inventory reconciliation, and documentation updates.
- Provide administrative support to procurement, logistics, operations, and accounts functions.
- Perform ad-hoc assignments as instructed by management.
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant working experience will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Good organisational, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Able to handle multiple tasks and work independently with minimum supervision.
- Experience in procurement, logistics, inventory control, administration, or manufacturing environment is an advantage.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Willing to work in Kapar, Selangor.
