SITE CLERK
Job Descriptions:
- To Assist and carry out general administration and office operation functions at the project site.
- To coordinate between the project site and HQ office.
- To manage document control such as filing, scanning, general paperwork, etc.
- Assists in the preparation and compilation of weekly/monthly reports;
- Attend site meeting and verify progress report.
- Assists in the recording of meeting file notes and minutes,
- Defects data entry and tracking
- Compiles defects report for CCM and management meetings.
- To carry out quality control of contractor's performance with respect to specified materials, workmanship and construction details.
- Supervise, monitor and coordinate all daily site activities and adhere to document control procedure.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date site records including approvals, work progress, inspection reports, drawings and other related documentation.
- Any others assigned duties and responsibilities from time to time.
Qualification & Experience Requirements:
- Minimum SPM.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field.
- Computer literate (MS Office & MS Excel).

- Able to work independently, good communication and self-starter
- Experience in the supervision and coordination of construction activities - landed residential project. Fresh graduates with willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
- Good command of spoken and written English & Bahasa Malaysia.
