JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Provide daily sales and administrative support to the outdoor sales team.
- Prepare documentations such as quotation, purchase order, packing list, delivery order and invoice。
- Responsible for handling customer inquiries and coordinating customer orders.
- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, logistics, and operations teams for inquiry handling and order fulfillment.
- Maintain and update customer records, pricing lists, and sales documentation in the system.
- Track and monitor sales orders from confirmation to completion, and provide regular updates to sales team and customers.
- Handle basic after-sales coordination, including service follow-up and internal coordination for customer issues.
- Monitor stock availability and alert the sales team on low or critical inventory levels.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, summaries, and simple sales analysis for management review.
- Perform general sales administration and coordination tasks to support daily business operations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- SMK / Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales support, sales coordination, or a related role (preferred).
- Good communication and coordination skills; able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
- Willing to learn and support daily operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge or proficiency in SQL system and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
