Duties & Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations
- Maintain and organize company records, documents, and filing systems
- Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors/suppliers
- Manage correspondence (emails, phone calls, letters)
- Assist in preparing reports, quotations, and invoices
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
- Support other departments when required
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Conversant in English and Bahasa Melaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive attitude
Working Condition and Physical Environment
- Working hours from 830am-6pm, Monday to Friday
