Haulage Operations Executive

ACA GLOBAL LOGISTICS SDN BHD

Core Responsibilities

  • Coordinate truck movements between Malaysia & Singapore
  • Arrange driver schedules and delivery timing
  • Monitor GPS tracking and shipment status
  • Prepare and check transport/customs documents
  • Communicate with customers, drivers, warehouse, and agents
  • Handle urgent delivery issues and delays
  • Update customers on shipment progress
  • Ensure smooth daily operations

Able to communicate clearly with customers and drivers

2. Problem Solving Ability

Able to handle customs delays, truck breakdowns, permit issues, and urgent situations calmly

Arrange trucks efficiently

Understand delivery timing and urgency

Reduce waiting time, overtime, and unnecessary costs

4. Responsibility & Discipline

Follow up until job is completed

Careful with documentation and cargo details

Punctual and reliable

5. Logistics Knowledge

Preferred experience:

  • Haulage / trucking operations
  • Singapore-Malaysia cross border
  • Bonded trucking
  • Port and customs procedures
