- Coordinate truck movements between Malaysia & Singapore
- Arrange driver schedules and delivery timing
- Monitor GPS tracking and shipment status
- Prepare and check transport/customs documents
- Communicate with customers, drivers, warehouse, and agents
- Handle urgent delivery issues and delays
- Update customers on shipment progress
- Ensure smooth daily operations
