We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Junior / Graduate Quantity Surveyor Assistant to join our team. Key Responsibilities
* Assist senior QS team members in preparing cost estimates, material take-offs, and bills of quantities (BQ).
* Learn to evaluate progress claims, verify variation orders (VOs), and assist in final account preparation.
* Help compile contract documents and tender submissions.
* Coordinate and communicate with site teams and subcontractors regarding project documentation.
* Maintain accurate project files and digital databases.
Requirements & Criteria=
* Education: Fresh graduates holding a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or equivalent.
* Experience: No prior experience required (candidates who have completed relevant internships are highly encouraged to apply).
* Skills: Good foundational knowledge of measurements and basic contract forms. Proficient in MS Excel; exposure to QS software (like Glodon/Cubicost) during studies is a plus.
* Attributes: High attention to detail, strong willingness to learn, and a proactive attitude. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
