EPOS is a fintech company that provides digital payment and business solutions to merchants. We help businesses streamline their operations through innovative payment technologies and business management tools. As part of our brand growth strategy, we focus on educating merchants and increasing brand awareness through engaging, social-first content across platforms such as TikTok, Xiaohongshu, and Instagram.
- Strong interest in social media content creation, particularly TikTok, Xiaohongshu, and Instagram.
- Understanding of short-form content trends, storytelling, audience engagement, and social media best practices.
- Basic video editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Canva, or similar mobile editing applications.
- Comfortable filming and creating content using a mobile phone.
- Creative, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate with internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple content projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to read and write Chinese is an added advantage, especially for Xiaohongshu content.
- Experience managing personal social media accounts or creating UGC (User-Generated Content) is a plus.
- Portfolio or examples of previous content creation work are preferred.
