- Possess a Diploma in any field with at least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the distribution of consumer products.
- Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with a diverse range of clients.
- Demonstrated experience in sales management, account management, market analysis, and retail sales is essential.
- Proven ability to manage and grow existing accounts while actively seeking new business opportunities within the retail, B2B, and corporate sectors.
- Strong understanding of the Malaysian retail landscape and experience working with renowned retailers is highly desirable.
- Must be willing to work onsite and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to analyse sales data and market trends to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share for the 13 brands of household consumer products.
