Job Description
- Assist with day-to-day operation for the Administration function and duties.
- Assist in office utilities and inventories including pantry.
- Answering phones, managing mail, greeting visitors, and maintaining office equipment and supplies.
- Assist in prepared and cleanliness of meeting room including entire office housekeeping
- Acting as a liaison between departments, clients, and vendors.
- Responsible to order and record office stationery.
- Responsible to office machines such as photocopiers and computers.Â
Requirement
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 1 - 2 year working experience in related field.
- Preferable on candidate has knowledge in Autocount
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office i.e Excel, Word, Power Point
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks.
- Possess positive work attitude, result driven, independent, must be well organized & self-motivated and a good team player.
- Fresh graduate is encouraging to apply.
