Position: Marketing Executive
Job Summary
* Provide backend support for the company website, including uploading new products and updating company activity photos.
* Establish, manage, and grow the company’s social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu), including content planning, posting, and engagement.
* Assist management in overseas market research, competitor analysis, and new product development initiatives.
* Prepare and analyze monthly sales reports, marketing performance, and customer insights to support business strategies.
* Plan, promote, and coordinate the company’s participation in Malaysia furniture and interior design exhibitions, including pre- and post-event marketing activities.
* Develop and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline) to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
* Coordinate with internal teams, designers, and external agencies/vendors for marketing materials and campaigns.
* Create marketing content including product descriptions, social media posts, brochures, and presentations.
* Monitor digital marketing performance (ads, social media, website traffic) and optimize campaigns accordingly.
* Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
* Assist in handling customer inquiries, follow-ups, and basic CRM updates where required.
* Stay updated on industry trends, especially in furniture and interior design markets.
* Provide general marketing and administrative support, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications
* Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
* Minimum 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or related role (fresh graduates with strong interest may be considered).
* Familiar with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Xiaohongshu.
* Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Analytics) is an advantage.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe) is a plus.
* Strong communication and writing skills in English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
* Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and marketing data.
* Creative, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
