Position: People Business Partner


Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Directors and Managers to drive leadership hiring strategies, while overseeing end-to-end employer branding and recruitment execution led by the People team to ensure quality and timeliness.
  • Manage employee contracting processes and recommend strategic adjustments when needed (e.g., transitioning employees to freelance arrangements or role restructuring).
  • Design, implement, and continuously enhance performance management systems, ensuring alignment with clinical excellence standards and supporting ongoing staff development.
  • Oversee monthly payroll and benefits processes (e.g. BPJS), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a positive employee experience.
  • Manage employee relations matters, including disciplinary processes, by applying company policies with consistency, fairness, and professionalism.
  • Act as a strategic partner to Directors, aligning people strategies with organizational priorities, growth plans, and operational needs.
  • Lead and coordinate company-wide employee engagement initiatives and events, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and guiding the People team in execution.
  • Drive and contribute to all people-related approaches and continuous improvement initiatives that support the clinic’s growth, operational effectiveness, and employee experience.
  • Handle employee exits, including offboarding and exit interviews, while gathering insights to help improve the team experience.
  • Support the development of the People team by sharing expertise, providing guidance, and identifying relevant learning opportunities.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources. Experience in strategic or business partnering role would be a plus.
  • Experience in recruitment, including leadership hiring and employer branding.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law, payroll, and BPJS.
  • Experience in performance management and employee relations.
  • Ability to work closely with senior stakeholders and align people strategies with business needs.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Experience handling employee lifecycle processes (contracting, restructuring, exits).
  • High professionalism and integrity.
