Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the company’s overall finance and accounting functions to maintain accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Produce and present timely, precise financial reports, including analyses comparing actual performance against budgets and forecasts.
- Create, track, and revise project budgets in partnership with Country Leads, Project Directors, Project Managers, and the Finance team.
- Handle taxation and compliance requirements for Indonesia entities on a monthly and annual basis, while enhancing tax efficiency.
- Manage cash flow planning, forecasting, and the monitoring of receivables and payables.
- Oversee payroll processes for Indonesia operations.
- Lead the coordination of internal and external audits, including tax audits, ensuring full preparedness and adherence to standards.
- Supervise, guide, and develop the finance and accounting team.
- Perform various ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Comply with HSEQ standards by following safe work practices and reporting any incidents or safety-related non‑compliance.
