Independently plan media strategies to achieve client’s performance marketing goals using search, paid social, programmatic, and other media channels.
Own end to end client relationship and communications for all daily/weekly and monthly activities with the support of the account manager.
Work collaboratively with all internal teams to successfully deliver digital media campaigns – teams include Search and Social, Programmatic, Reporting, Trading & Strategy.
Own and manage the full reconciliation process at month-end.
Oversee campaign optimisation strategies and work with digital teams to continually improve campaign performance
Support core teams to develop reports that generate insights & opportunities to drive efficient ROI in line with the client objectives and KPIs.
Support Managers on the the creation and delivery of key presentations for the clients (monthly/quarterly).
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the best practices, strategies, offerings in digital media landscape in the market they are managing.
Support Account managers to train and help structure the development of junior members of the team.
Ability to manage and prioritize own and subordinate’s workload to ensure the smooth running of the accounts.
Support the development of revenues generated by a client portfolio with media digital offers
Contribute to the digital media strategy conception
Liaise with the Clients and New Business teams to provide to client efficient and valuable
Supervise the clients’ media reports and ensure its consistency and alignment with initial objectives
Participate in pitches, campaigns reviews & insights
Be responsible for the delivery of non media campaigns
Be accountable for performance escalation
Have knowledge in ecommerce
Qualifications & Languages
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or Advertising
Languages: English (Advanced)
Previous Experience & Industry Background
3+ years’ media planning/digital marketing
Solid grasp of digital performance marketing, especially a deep knowledge of digital media.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Ability to work independently and be a strong team player in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Experience in managing day-to-day client relationships and coordinating internal agency teams
Desire to learn and progress
Good understanding of the digital media landscape with experience in executing campaigns and a passion for all things digital
