Job Description

  • Coordinate with ID & lighting consultants regarding Hotel ID
  • Liaise with other consultants related to ID (Architect,MEP,Structure,Kitchen,AV,acoustic,etc)
  • Review & check ID consultants drawing & spec
  • Prepate tender documents from ID consultan for tender issuance
  • Liaise with QS for tendering process related to ID

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of architectural engineering
  • 4 (four) year experience (preferably with Hotel Design/Development experiences)
  • Fluent in Design Software (Autocad, Sketch Up, Photoshop)
  • Plus point : Revit & Render software
  • Willing to be place on site during ID construction phase (approx 1-2 year)
