GENERAL AFFAIRS INTERN
Join our General Affairs Internship program to gain hands-on experience and practical exposure to-day-to-day GA Operations. You will learn and contribute to processes such as asset maintenance, inventory management, documentation handling, and internal event support. Intern will gain valuable insights into end-to-end asset lifecycle management and corporate administrative workflows through direct mentoring and real business activities.
Key Learning Activities
- Coordinate asset maintenance and conduct inventory verification
- Support internal events and stock-taking activities
- Manage documentation for payments and asset insurance
- Maintain and update asset records and database
This internship is perfect for someone who have strong interest in General Affairs, Administration, or Asset Management.
We're looking for someone who meets the following criteria:
- Available for 3 months internship porgam.
- Active university student during the internship period.
- Willing to commit to a full-time, on-site internship (Monday to Friday) at MMKSI Head Office in Pulomas, East Jakarta.
- Available to start in June 2026.
