As a Customer Experience, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our students throughout their learning journey. You will be responsible for handling day-to-day communication, assisting students with their needs, and ensuring any issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Sending reminders to students regarding upcoming classes and schedules
- Assisting students by providing accurate and timely information
- Handling and resolving student inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Documenting all interactions and tickets on each shift to ensure proper tracking and follow-up
- Coordinating with internal teams when needed to ensure issues are resolved efficiently
