As a Customer Experience, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our students throughout their learning journey. You will be responsible for handling day-to-day communication, assisting students with their needs, and ensuring any issues are resolved promptly and effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Sending reminders to students regarding upcoming classes and schedules
  • Assisting students by providing accurate and timely information
  • Handling and resolving student inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
  • Documenting all interactions and tickets on each shift to ensure proper tracking and follow-up
  • Coordinating with internal teams when needed to ensure issues are resolved efficiently

Requirements (optional kalau mau sekalian):

  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and respond in a timely manner
  • Customer-focused mindset and problem-solving attitude
  • Comfortable working in shifts
