What You'll Be Doing:
- Prospecting and generating new leads through outbound and inbound channels
- Managing the full sales cycle from first contact to close
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets
- Updating and managing the CRM pipeline accurately
- Collaborating with the team to refine pitches and strategies
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in sales (B2B or B2C)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus
- Real Estate experience is an advantage
