RFO Leadership & Strategy: Lead, supervise, and support trainers and field teams to ensure effective performance and alignment with program goals. Maintain consistent quality of training programs.
Operations & Quality Control: Ensure all training sessions meet established standards. Oversee timeline and budget monitoring. Address operational challenges and provide strategic direction for field-level issues.
Data & Impact Analytics: Consolidate and manage program data across regions. Analyze data to evaluate effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement. Ensure field documentation meets administrative guidelines.
Stakeholder & Content Management: Prepare executive reports summarizing progress and outcomes. Identify and document compelling success stories. Support coordination with key stakeholders, partners, and local authorities.
Job Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any field (Management, Education, or Communication preferred).
2-3 years of experience in project management or operations, with a proven track record of managing field coordinators or large teams.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for managing large-scale data.
Strong ability to drive results through others and manage high-pressure national targets.
Professional verbal and written skills for executive-level reporting and stakeholder management.
Result-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Deep interest in digital literacy and high empathy for underserved communities.
Willingness to travel frequently for site visits and quality audits across various regions.
