Job Descriptions

  • RFO Leadership & Strategy: Lead, supervise, and support trainers and field teams to ensure effective performance and alignment with program goals. Maintain consistent quality of training programs.
  • Operations & Quality Control: Ensure all training sessions meet established standards. Oversee timeline and budget monitoring. Address operational challenges and provide strategic direction for field-level issues.
  • Data & Impact Analytics: Consolidate and manage program data across regions. Analyze data to evaluate effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement. Ensure field documentation meets administrative guidelines.
  • Stakeholder & Content Management: Prepare executive reports summarizing progress and outcomes. Identify and document compelling success stories. Support coordination with key stakeholders, partners, and local authorities.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any field (Management, Education, or Communication preferred).
  • 2-3 years of experience in project management or operations, with a proven track record of managing field coordinators or large teams.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for managing large-scale data.
  • Strong ability to drive results through others and manage high-pressure national targets.
  • Professional verbal and written skills for executive-level reporting and stakeholder management.
  • Result-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Deep interest in digital literacy and high empathy for underserved communities.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for site visits and quality audits across various regions.
