Profile Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any major or background
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 10 years of working experience is the same field; preferable from manufacturing

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders – internal and external.
  • Fluent in English both written & spoken

Job Requirements

Human Resources (HR):

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and exit formalities.
  • Implement and monitor HR policies and ensure alignment with labor laws.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, training & development programs, and performance management cycles.
  • Support in HRMIS data management and HR analytics reporting.
  • Recruitment and Termination

Job Accountabilities

  • Handle day-to-day IR matters including discipline, grievance redressal, and employee relations.
  • Liaise with union representatives and participate in collective bargaining, negotiations, and settlement discussions.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws (Factories Act, ID Act, Payment of Wages Act, etc.).
  • Maintain statutory records and liaison with labor departments, legal advisors, and external stakeholders.

Compliance & Audits

  • Prepare for labor audits and respond to notices and inspections.
  • Implement best practices in compliance and keep updated with changes in labor legislation
