Job Description
- Support fraud investigation and case administration processes
- Prepare evidence files, reports, and legal supporting documents
- Assist in handling police reports, legal notices, and case follow-up
- Monitor suspicious transactions, payment anomalies, and operational discrepancies
- Coordinate with internal teams and external parties regarding fraud cases
- Conduct occasional field visits for verification and investigation support
- Ensure secure and accurate evidence documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Criminology, Business Administration, Accounting, Agribusiness, or related fields
- 1–3 years experience in fraud admin, compliance, legal support, risk operations, or similar role
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Familiar with fraud indicators and case documentation processes
- High integrity, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Willing to travel occasionally to operational areas
