Kozystay is a fast-growing high-end hospitality technology start-up focusing on the next generation guests (e.g. Airbnb, extended stay). We currently manage hundreds of high-end villas and apartments across Jakarta, Bandung, Bali, and Tangerang.
- Support the organization of HR events and activities (e.g., employee engagement programs, wellness events, sports event, and birthday events).
- Provide administrative support to the HR team
- Support internal HR content posters
- Assist in managing HR partnerships with external parties, institutions, or vendors.
- Support interview scheduling for blue-collar candidates and coordinate interview arrangements with related stakeholders.
