Core Responsibilities

  • Maintain sterile fields and ensure all instruments are properly prepared for surgical procedures
  • Prepare operating room and required supplies in a neat and efficient manner
  • Communicate effectively with the perioperative team to support patient care during surgery
  • Work collaboratively with team members and manage stock and supply orders
  • Provide additional patient care support as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Operation Theatre (OT) / Nursing
  • Minimum GPA of 3.00
  • Willing to work overtime
  • Able to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
  • Knowledge of surgical instruments and sterile techniques
  • Understanding of operating room procedures
  • Ability to prepare and manage surgical equipment
  • Good communication skills
  • Team player with strong collaboration ability
  • Detail-oriented and disciplined
  • High attention to detail
  • Committed to patient safety and quality care
