Internship Human Capital

Job Descriptions

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (from sourcing to onboarding), especially for IT positions.
  • Handle personnel administration, including employment contracts, employee database and documentation.
  • Administer employee benefits such as BPJS, insurance, leave, and other entitlements.
  • Support training and employee development programs.
  • Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees.
  • Maintain employee relations and assist in resolving HR-related issues.
  • Manage offboarding process including resignation handling, exit interviews, and final clearance.
  • Ensure HR processes comply with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Plan, organize, and execute company events.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administartion, Psychology, Management, HR, or related field.
  • Age max 25 y.o, single
  • Enthusiastic about working in Human Capital
  • Organized, detail oriented, honest and proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Understanding of end-to-end HR processes.
  • Previous experience in Human Capital is a plus.
  • Experience in hiring IT roles is a plus.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to work full time in the office (WFO)
  • Has a personal laptop for work.
