Responsibilities:
• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with strategic partners
• Proactively identify and approach potential strategic partners
• Negotiate and create mutually beneficial value propositions, including special promotions or product integration opportunities
• Coordinate closely with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of partnership initiatives
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 year experience in partnerships, business development, account management, or related fields
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential strategic partners
• Strong analytical thinking to assess partnership performance and propose improvements
• Proactive, self-driven, and able to work both independently and cross-functionally
• Preferably experienced in SaaS, tech, digital platforms, or B2B solutions
• Positive attitude, creative problem-solving, and eagerness to drive measurable impact
