Our client is a New York-based private equity firm that acquires and grows small U.S. B2B services businesses for the long term. They focus on companies with $1M-$10M in EBITDA across sectors like biopharma, eldercare, industrial automation, electrical power, and insurance services. They are building an internal outbound team to create proprietary deal flow through direct outreach to business owners.
Need to have qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in cold calling, appointment setting, B2B sales, or business development.
- Excellent spoken English with a neutral or near-neutral accent.
- Strong phone communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly with U.S. business owners.
- Comfort working in a high-volume outbound environment with short, high-stakes conversations.
- Experience handling objections and moving prospects toward a booked meeting.
- Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Availability to work full-time aligned with U.S. business hours, 9 am-5 pm ET.
- Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup.
- Strong follow-up discipline, resilience, and a results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to U.S. business owners using provided lead lists.
- Introduce the company clearly and professionally to create interest in a potential conversation.
- Build rapport fast and establish credibility within the first few minutes of each call.
- Qualify owner interest in selling based on defined criteria and conversation signals.
- Book qualified follow-up meetings for the investment team.
- Log call activity, notes, and outcomes accurately in HubSpot.
- Manage follow-up sequences across callbacks, nurture conversations, emails, and calendar invites.
- Re-engage prospects across 5-6 touchpoints per lead to drive response rates.
- Track daily and weekly KPIs tied to calls, conversations, meetings booked, and pipeline progress.
- Refine messaging and outreach tactics based on results, coaching, and team feedback.
