Responsibilities

Define and execute end-to-end test strategy
Lead integration, system, regression, and UAT validation
Drive structured defect triage, root cause analysis, and prevention initiatives
Perform advanced API testing and database validation
Design, build, and maintain automation frameworks (API & UI)
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
Establish and monitor quality metrics, including:
Test coverage
Defect leakage
Regression stability
Release readiness
Mentor and develop QA Engineers
Continuously improve QA processes, standards, and tooling
Collaborate closely with Backend Engineers, DevOps, and Solution Design teams

Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience in software quality assurance
Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC principles
Proven experience in:
API testing (REST, JSON, microservices-based systems)
Automation framework design and implementation
SQL for data validation and verification
Git-based workflow
Hands-on automation coding experience (C#, Java, or Python)
Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
Experience working with backend-intensive or enterprise systems
Experience with Playwright and/or Appium for automation
Familiarity with the .NET ecosystem and testing frameworks such as NUnit
Exposure to performance testing tools (e.g., NBomber, JMeter)
Basic understanding of security testing principles
Experience working within microservices architecture
