Responsibilities

Researching potential vendors.
Comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers.
Compile offers from vendors to create PR / PO
Coordinate and compile negotiation results
Contact suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and resolve issues.
Provides purchasing planning and control information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
Handle the administrative Purchasing process.
Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and sourcing new suppliers for future products.
Tracking and evaluating supplier / vendor performance.

Requirements

Bachelor of business, supply chain management, or any other related field, preferably has been working in procurement for at least 2 years
Strong business and commercial mindset
Excellent negotiation, organizational, and collaboration skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent project management skills
Advanced in verbal and written Bahasa & English proficiency
Have a basic understanding of certain areas (i.e: finance, accounting, tax, and legal)
