Do you embrace your love and passion for the following activities?
Gather data from various sources, both internal and external, to understand factors affecting demand, such as promotions, production delays, vendor updates, etc.Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and brand teams to understand demand forecast drivers.Analyze historical sales trends, stock, and other data statistics to create a forecast model.Use the model to predict future demand.Develop regular demand requests tailored to the business unit or channel needs.Maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve operational and business goals.Review and improve the accuracy of demand forecasts and requests, proposing solutions for enhancement.Ensure all tasks are completed within the service level agreement.
Does it match your criteria?
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or Statistics.Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Demand Planning or PPIC field.Experience in FMCG Company is a plus.Proficient in Forecasting, Inventory Management, Data Analysis, and Statistics Tools (SPSS).Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP).
