Job Descriptions

  • Partner with leaders and employees to address employee relations, build culture, and drive engagement.
  • ⁠Ensure smooth onboarding process, including attendance, speaking in sessions, and timely goal setting, probation, and contract review.
  • ⁠Conduct and analyze exit interviews & surveys.
  • ⁠Provide HR insights and recommendations to business leaders, supported by data/reporting.
  • ⁠Manage manpower planning (MPP), employee movement, and update organizational structure.
  • ⁠Implement performance management (including PIP) and personal development planning, ensuring leader capability.
  • ⁠Coordinate with HCCA teams on recruitment, retention, IR, training & development, and other HR functions for effective program delivery.

Job Requirements

  • ⁠Min. 4 years of work experience, preferably as an HR Generalist.
  • ⁠Bachelor’s degree, preferably Psychology.
  • ⁠Strong understanding of business model canvas, end-to-end HR processes, and labor laws.
  • ⁠Project management skills.
  • ⁠Strategic and analytical thinking.
  • ⁠Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • ⁠⁠High proactiveness, teamwork, service orientation, and agility.
  • ⁠Able to maintain confidential data.
