Job Descriptions

Partner with leaders and employees to address employee relations, build culture, and drive engagement.
⁠Ensure smooth onboarding process, including attendance, speaking in sessions, and timely goal setting, probation, and contract review.
⁠Conduct and analyze exit interviews & surveys.
⁠Provide HR insights and recommendations to business leaders, supported by data/reporting.
⁠Manage manpower planning (MPP), employee movement, and update organizational structure.
⁠Implement performance management (including PIP) and personal development planning, ensuring leader capability.
⁠Coordinate with HCCA teams on recruitment, retention, IR, training & development, and other HR functions for effective program delivery.

Job Requirements

⁠Min. 4 years of work experience, preferably as an HR Generalist.
⁠Bachelor’s degree, preferably Psychology.
⁠Strong understanding of business model canvas, end-to-end HR processes, and labor laws.
⁠Project management skills.
⁠Strategic and analytical thinking.
⁠Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
⁠⁠High proactiveness, teamwork, service orientation, and agility.
⁠Able to maintain confidential data.
