Job Descriptions
Partner with leaders and employees to address employee relations, build culture, and drive engagement.
Ensure smooth onboarding process, including attendance, speaking in sessions, and timely goal setting, probation, and contract review.
Conduct and analyze exit interviews & surveys.
Provide HR insights and recommendations to business leaders, supported by data/reporting.
Manage manpower planning (MPP), employee movement, and update organizational structure.
Implement performance management (including PIP) and personal development planning, ensuring leader capability.
Coordinate with HCCA teams on recruitment, retention, IR, training & development, and other HR functions for effective program delivery.
Job Requirements
Min. 4 years of work experience, preferably as an HR Generalist.
Bachelor’s degree, preferably Psychology.
Strong understanding of business model canvas, end-to-end HR processes, and labor laws.
Project management skills.
Strategic and analytical thinking.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
High proactiveness, teamwork, service orientation, and agility.
Able to maintain confidential data.
