Job Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other related technical fields
Prior experience or interest in medical devices/aesthetic devices is a plus
Strong communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to explain technical topics in a simple, clear manner
Fun, cheerful, and approachable personality – you’ll be working closely with doctors and clinic staff
Able to work on-the-go and collaborate across departments
Fast learner with a willingness to understand product specs and service offerings

Job Responsibilities

Maintaining professional and positive relationships with clinic owners, doctors, and key stakeholders
Acting as a branding ambassador for idsMED’s after-sales service: friendly, professional, and solutions-driven
Offering and explaining Contract Service programs to clients, including benefits, coverage, and pricing
Coordinating with the technical and sales team to ensure smooth and timely service delivery
Gathering customer feedback and creating follow-up reports
Actively engaging in after-sales programs such as free check-ups, Inspector tool deployment, and clinic loyalty initiatives
Contributing to service revenue growth through effective communication and value-driven selling
